Better than just sticking your video on the web, Event Presenter gives people a chance to sign up for your event. You can decide on how many users you'll let sign up. When you "Open an Event" the system creates a database for the show. It opens a show "Sign Up Screen" where your users sign up for the presentation. The users fill in a sign up form and the system records their email address (or username and password) for authentication into the show. On the day of the show users use their email address to get it.

After the show you have a database of users that you can download and use. You also have a login log of exactly who attended the event. From your Administration screen you can see how many people have signed up and you can cap the number of registrants if you want.
